POSITION
As inside sales & pricing coordinator you support the sales and operations team to manage opportunities by sourcing pricing in accordance with the company’s main products (ocean, air, road). You provide customer quotes and negotiation with providers. You are responsible for following up on bookings and communicating with customers, agents and suppliers worldwide. You have direct communication with customers and seek solutions to any problems. In addition, you have various contacts with shipping companies, customers and transporters. You update offers on a regular basis and closely follow up the purchase rates of the various shipping companies. As a coordinator, you motivate and coach the team of three colleagues to create a great working environment. You keep internal systems up to date with quotes, shipping instructions and relevant data. You are also responsible for informing your colleagues in the departments concerned correctly and on time.
