Take your first step into the logistics sector and kick off your career with the MPL Young Graduate Program. In no time, you'll gain insights into the logistics and maritime world. You'll start in an operational role within freight forwarding or transportation to familiarize yourself with our core business. Later on, you can transition to one of our other departments, including pricing, sales, or customs. This will always be tailored to fit your individual needs, creating a personalized Young Graduate Program. You'll learn all aspects of our business, allowing you to take on various roles in your future career. During this program, you'll build a strong network within MPL and the industry. You'll receive feedback on your performance, identifying your strengths, areas for improvement, and personal preferences.
