As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of our business, driving growth and building lasting relationships. You don’t just sell services – you provide solutions. From developing and managing a customer portfolio, visiting clients, resolving shipment issues together with our teams, to analyzing the market for new opportunities: you connect the dots between customers and our logistics expertise. You create value, anticipate needs, and take pride in going further than expected!

• You have a strong customer portfolio and solid market knowledge within the ocean freight industry.

• Sales experience in logistics/forwarding is a big plus.

• A positive, professional, and proactive attitude, with a passion for building strong business relationships.

• You stay focused and perform effectively under pressure.

• Communication is key. You’re fluent in Turkish and English.

• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office proficiency.

• A valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel without restriction.
