 We’re looking for an Operations Team Leader for our office in Bogotá who’s ready to take charge, inspire others, and make things happen in a fast-paced, international logistics environment.
What you’ll do
You’ll lead and support a talented team of Operations Analysts, making sure daily operations run smoothly from A to Z — from planning and execution to invoicing and client communication.
 You’ll be the go-to person for the team, keeping performance high and motivation even higher. You’ll coach, guide, and bring out the best in everyone while keeping an eye on efficiency, margin control, and customer satisfaction.
You’ll also have shipments to handle as well as the ability of spotting new opportunities, helping build client relationships, and contributing to the team’s growth strategy.
