Knowledge is power
- You have at least 8 years of experience in freight forwarding and are fully comfortable managing import shipments independently.
- You have extensive knowledge of international forwarding processes and transport regulations.
- Experience within consumer goods, decoration, furniture, retail, lifestyle products or toys is a strong asset.
- You are comfortable managing a broad customer portfolio with multiple shipment flows and priorities.
- You have strong import knowledge and understand the complexities of international supply chains.
- You handle forwarding documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Communication is key. You're fluent in Dutch and English. Additional languages are a plus.
- You combine strong customer focus with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- You remain calm under pressure and know how to prioritize effectively.
- You are proactive, solution-oriented and confident in making decisions.
- You enjoy balancing operational excellence with relationship management.
- You're comfortable working with digital tools and continuously improving the way you work.
- You're all about integrity, positivity and keeping it real. Just like us.
