As Team Leader, you guide your team of forwarders through daily operations. You’re part of your A-team yourself: solving challenges, dividing tasks, and stepping in where needed. You’re a hands-on people manager: clear on expectations and big on support. You’re your team's biggest fan, always pushing for growth and keeping them sharp. Strong client relationschips? Non-negotiable. You always go beyond expectations. And you do it all in close collaboration with the Business Unit Manager (BUM).

• You have a bachelor’s degree or the kind of experience to match it.  

• You have solid experience in forwarding (both import & export). 

• Experience as a team lead? That’s a big plus!

• Communication is key. You’re fluent in both Dutch and English.
