Digital transformation Manager


As Digital Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in shaping MPL’s digital future globally. You bridge business needs and technology, ensuring that digital initiatives deliver tangible value across the organization. With a strong background in digital transformation, IT implementations, solution design, and process optimization, you understand how technology enables business growth and operational excellence.
You identify opportunities for improvement, challenge existing ways of working, and translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions. Working in complex environments comes naturally to you, and you are experienced in leading initiatives from concept and design through to implementation and adoption. You understand that successful transformation depends on the combination of technology, processes, people, and effective change management.
You define and drive MPL’s digital roadmap, turning strategic priorities into concrete and measurable outcomes. In close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and your Digital team, you ensure initiatives are well-defined, properly prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
As Manager of our Digital team, you provide clear direction, set priorities, and ensure high-quality delivery. You coach and develop team members, encourage ownership, and create an environment where people are empowered to contribute beyond their technical expertise.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding is a strong advantage. Understanding operational processes helps you challenge requirements, identify inefficiencies, and design solutions that work in practice. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on impact, giving you the opportunity to directly shape MPL’s digital future.
Knowledge is power
- You have proven experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or the implementation of digital tools and systems in a business environment, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or forwarding.
- You understand how processes operate in complex, operational organizations and are able to translate this into practical improvements.
- You can structure complex challenges, set clear priorities, and work with medium- to long-term roadmaps while keeping budget considerations in mind.
- You have experience in managing and developing a team.
- You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders across different functions and levels in an organization and know how to build alignment.
- You take ownership, bring positive energy, and enjoy driving initiatives forward with a hands-on mindset.
