About the Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our services, meeting ambitious targets, and driving the growth of our market share. You will work closely with various departments to deliver success and continuously analyze the market to spot new opportunities.
What you will do
- Develop and manage a customer portfolio aligned with company goals, regularly visiting small to medium-sized clients to strengthen profitability.
- Support in resolving issues related to shipments by liaising with relevant prod uct departments and ensuring transparent communication with clients.
- Collaborate with the finance team to address client payment matters when needed.
- Keep customer data up-to-date and document visit reports, orders, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, sharing insights with the relevant teams.
Knowledge is power
- A strong customer portfolio and solid market knowledge within the ocean freight industry
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office proficiency.
- A positive, professional, and proactive attitude, with a passion for building strong business relationships.
- The ability to stay focused and perform effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English.
- A valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel without restriction.
