Everyone who applies is given the same time and consideration. You can apply for an available vacancy, or submit an open application. When you do, make sure to let us know why you are interested in joining MPL! A resume and a motivation letter will give us an idea about yourself and your passions. But we want to meet you in real life as well. We try to get back to everyone within two weeks of applying. With some roles, this may take a bit longer. If you can’t wait, you can always contact us yourself!

In each country, the application varies slightly. We aim to conduct all interviews at an MPL office to meet you in person. Prepare for an initial interview with HR to highlight your potential contributions to MPL. If successful, candidates proceed to a second meeting with either colleagues or their future manager, depending on the function.

After the interview, the container is back at our docks. We are looking for someone who can add value and wants to be part of Manuport Logistics' promising future. We are very open and transparent about our application process, you can count on us to give our honest thoughts and opinions.
