BE DIFFERENT, BE MPL

As Transport Coordinator, your role will involve organizing the purchasing and selling of road transport solutions. You will provide the administrative follow-up for this.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving transport orders and ensuring the fulfilment of the agreed transport service, doing so through an effective deployment of resources. If agreed delivery deadlines are not met, you will take the necessary actions. In addition, you will be tasked with hiring the transport services of approved providers, while also overseeing the processing of customer and transport orders using our proprietary system, preparing all necessary documents and planning. You will provide the necessary information to drivers and ensure follow-up.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

You hold at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience. You have experience within the logistics sector, with knowledge of road transport a big plus. You are a good communicator, able to liaise between various partners (customers and suppliers). You will work for them in a solutions-oriented manner, as well as being capable of taking the necessary decisions. You have strong IT skills (Navision, Excel) and are proficient at communicating in both Dutch and English. Having good geographical knowledge of Europe is definitely a plus.
